That's good! I've known people who've had dengue and it isn't pleasant.

It is inexplicable that you would point out a more moral course of action and then happily continue to participate in and promote a harmful one.

I refer you back to my previous reply to you. Politics is not 35 days every 4 years. This is a moral and ecological catastrophe.

Well… it’s competing with the time they made Dark Phoenix Saga on a train.

Those are not the options. We are not in an election. You are not voting for anything, but politics does not stop. The Liberals must be shamed out of this catastrophic policy. Your choice is to participate in that or be complicit.

Sequestration is a lie. Everybody knows this. You’re either a complete dupe or operating in bad faith.

It’s a neoliberal method. The federal Liberals are complicit in this too, and provincial Liberal parties enjoy that every time they get back into power the goalposts have been moved and so they can leave many parts of the system privatized and still seem left of centre. (Eby’s NDP too!)

How could he? The moment he achieves peak neoliberalism, he’ll climax so hard his little bird body will break in two.

And allowed multiple provinces to privatize healthcare.

They should lose so badly for this that Sam Altman uh…. violates the terms of service. They should lose lawsuits they aren’t even named in. They should lose lawsuits that only exist in Chat GPT-written court filings.

Okay you were right about the Waterloo parts. But I was fascinated with the political project of the book. Victor Hugo really wanted nothing more than to destroy Napoleon III. Also Jean Valjean is high in the pantheon of literary heroes.

1200, and they’re all fucking great!

Have they considered meeting a real person?

I heard for approximately 5500 years lots of people wrote things without ChatGPT. I wasn’t sure though so I asked chat.

I have never made this man an apple pie so I understand how he could have made this blunder.

If you’re complaining about FPTP, yes, it’s terrible. For as long as I’ve lived in my riding I’ve been represented by a Nazi sympathizer. Thankfully she’s resigning.

I am not sure what you mean by “problem.” As a leftist I don’t like LPC or CPC but these are very high numbers, higher than during the election. This would be an easy majority for the Liberals. Under Scheer, for instance, I believe CPC got over 70% of the vote in Sask, but it didn’t matter at all.
November 24, 2025 at 3:23 AM
Steal some working class voters from the soon-to-be leaderless CPC; steal from the Liberals some voters who like to be thought of as progressive. Selling out didn’t win a government. A real left party probably can’t get 170 seats, but they could get 70-80. They could be a threat & feel good about it

The right-wing Carney liberals have a near-majority and will be stable for a few years, but their popularity is about to nosedive. The entire terrain of the left is open to the NDP. They can be bold and win back working class voters.
