@nbcnews.com I haven't lived in IL for 50 yrs, and I still know the beef sandwiches in #TheBear have been popular forever because of the stockyards in Chicago. fwiw, also pork sandwiches for same reason. The Midwest knows how to grow livestock!

WNCN17 in Raleigh - do you have new staff OR do you need staff? We've lost count on how many times you've cut shows off tonight in the middle of someone talking so you could run an ad.

At ~5:45pm EDT during Nicolle's Deadline show, we heard at least 3 NBC "The More You Know" PSAs in a row. Also it's not unusual to hear full minute of NBC logo gif instead of real ads between night shows. Is NBC losing ad dollars or????

In these dark days, the 2 senior citizens in this house have been watching "The West Wing" on HBO. It reminds us that things can be better, that we can have honorable people in high positions.

@maddow.msnbc.com Please make these candidates (like the guy from VA tonight) respond to your questions rather than giving a campaign stump speech. He should have known he was speaking to a national (or larger) audience. This is not what people outside VA (like me) want to hear.

@wral I recommend the news and especially weather people like Aimee point out to viewers that their car is not going as fast as it appears. Maybe even mention what the actual speed is. It looked like Aimee was going 40-50 mph, but I doubt anyone is driving that fast today.

An excellent analysis of how "the mess we're in" came to be with regard to mainstream media in general and the Washington Post in particular. As long time subscribers to the Post my wife and I definitely find this distressing in the extreme and are torn between staying and going.
I had a convo with a colleague right before Thanksgiving about The Washington Post. They were furious that people were unsubscribing.
"This will only hurt reporters, not Bezos."
When I asked them if maybe readers aren't trying to hurt Bezos but simply no longer trust WaPo, they look scandalized.

@msnbc you need to check the "time in a bottle" ad running this afternoon. At the same place each time, it kills our cable feed. No problems w/ shows, just this ad. Has happened multiple times.
