Oh absolutely! I just know sometimes if I'm speaking to someone who's newer to the phrasing I may have to come to a term they know to teach them new terminology. It's important to know that we aren't always in teaching mode though so it's also normal to get frustrated when we hear ableist terms

Unseen Disabilities is usually what I use but it kind of depends on who I'm speaking to as everyone is on a different part of their journey with disability.

For me, I like to take the reader on the journey I went through to changing my mind. It acknowledges that we change and grow while at the same time allowing for others to learn from you.
