Tonight I’m doing some sketches for a project. I realized this might be the oddest thing I’ve ever drawn. Presenting: an octopus playing an oboe!

The arms and the oboe itself need a lot of work but I’m pleased with the pose and the general form. Here’s to making weird fun things after a long day!

I’m gonna need republicans to explain how they are okay with this??? A third term is a clear violation of the 22nd amendment. At this point he’s probably violated more of the Constitution than he’s followed.

Just bought this T-shirt from Torrid and realized the designer edited her eyebrows?!??!!?? Like. Why. Why would they do that. And how can I redeem this shirt?

On a different note, yesterday my 5yo nephew went to make art at his local library, and he wore the art shirt that I gave him because he said he’s an artist just like me. If that don’t melt your heart and make you wanna support the arts & public libraries I don’t know what will! Proudest auntie 🤩🎨🖍️

Work has been a tad stressful & frustrating lately, so today I took a little more time than strictly necessary to reorganize some folders and I used a different font to label each month according to the vibes. Hope you like your month’s font! Tag yourself, I’m April/Jokerman!

Ok I’ve never been big on Shrek but here’s my thoughts: it’s lost a few very delicate and subtle details, such as that lovely philtrum (groove above the upper lip), and it all looks too rounded, where the old style had a suggestion of angles and asymmetry that was very natural, almost claymation.
