If you are talking, writing, or otherwise communicating, I beg you to say "diversity, equity, and inclusion" or "diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility"
Our messaging should be along the lines of: "diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (sometimes called DEIA)"

In the near future we're almost certainly going to see an executive order purporting to abolish the U.S. Department of Education
It is extremely important that all of our messaging reinforces the fundamental truth that an EO cannot do that. We must not say "Trump abolished the U.S. Dept of Ed"
