There is one correction to the second item on the agenda, which the applicant timely sent us, but that I didn’t get on the agenda:The draft “agenda states the second variance CC3332.25 is for reduction from 12’-5” to 9’-0”….

When I mail out notices, I now give folks this BlueSky account. On this platform, people don’t need accounts to find the notices, which include links to the applications and supporting materials.
I’m sending out snail mail zoning notices in the morning. Few may notice, but I love signing them with a fountain pen. This time, a Sailor 1911 medium nib withVan Dieman’s Styx Valley ink.
