Here’s the agenda for next week’s meeting of the Zoning & Variance Committee of the Clintonville Area Commission. It’s one week earlier than normal because we figured no one one would show up to a meeting the evening before Thanksgiving.

Because we have no applications, the August 27, 2025 meeting of the Clintonville Area Commission’s Zoning & Variance Committee has been cancelled.

A short agenda for the July 30, 2025 meeting of the CAC's Zoning and Variance Committee. The question is whether to waive the 60-day waiting period for the demolition of a house. With the waiver, the demolition could possibly begin on 8/8. Without the waiver, they would have to wait until 8/31.

This meeting had been canceled. The owner has elected to wait 60 days before proceeding, so there is nothing for the committee to vote on.

There will be a meeting tomorrow for the CAC’s Zoning & Variance Committee. The only action item is a demo-permit–waiting-period waiver for a home. Without this waiver, the applicant would have to wait 60 days, but could demolish without neighborhood approval

Unless we get a last-minute demo-permit waiting-period-waiver request, next week’s meeting of the CAC’s Zoning & Variance Committee’s meeting will be canceled.
