I recently experienced my first writing block. Part of it was due to finding a new voice. And part due to something else.

I've been playing with the balance between discipline and surrender in my life - the paradox of embodying both at once.
What I've settled into recently is embracing discipline in my daily actions and habits, and then surrendering any attachment to the end results. Feels good!

There's so much focus on AI right now. If you’re using AI for everything you do, you are some well programmed agents away from being out of work.
Focus instead on the human side of things - teamwork, leadership, collaboration, networking, communication, EQ, creativity!, etc. AI won't replace this.
