The last few minutes of my flight (NH208).

So I joined Chocozap (a mini gym company in Japan). They have a workout machine that I have never seen before...but I'm a bit curious about it. 😉
This gym equipment is a bit hard to explain. Imagine a wooden bed frame. Basically, it is for someone to do stretches. Connect a bungee type of cord around the ankle using a velcro strap. Pull on the cord to lift and stretch the leg. However, my first impression is that it is setup for bondage. It is shaped like a bed with straps stemming from what would be bedposts to two padded harnesses on a bed-like surface that is for a person to lay down on. My explanation cannot do justice to what this equipment looks like.

Spent the last week in Michigan visiting family. 24 of the 32 could make it.

Waiting for my return flight with mixed feelings---the balance of missing family and my (separate) life in Japan.

Hey McDs, please change the name of your shops.
Two McDonald's locations. Both 81 meters from me. Names are in Japanese, but names in bold read Central Gate area and Terminal 1. I am in Terminal 1 for my flight. But that McDs is before security. The small print in gray provides a clearer explanation. But Terminal 1 popped up first.

For every trip, I take one or all three. My daughter always chooses.

For this trip, the one in the middle.
