Eloise is doing well, I’ve fully bonded with her and she’s almost back to full health, at least her suffering is quite minimal now. For a 20 year old cat, she is super fast, climbs on everything, and loves to play.
Now to get her to bond with the other 9 cats.

Pilling a cat, especially a 20 year old cat rescued 11 days ago, who just had dental surgery and dual ear infections, and who has slowly grown to trust you for protection, shelter, food, and love, is WAY the fuck up there on fucking sucks.

The love I feel for this rescued cat cannot be conveyed in any language, cannot be measured by any metric, it overwhelms each second, each breath and each heartbeat; it is proof that such a feeling is only possible if it reaches beyond this drab dimension into the astral, the etheric, the divine.

Eloise last night. She's been deeply gaba'd due to an ear infection, and I've been sleeping in the library with her. Too, I have crippling empathy for any and all animal suffering, and I just felt an unreasonable need to keep an eye on her. She is btw doing just fine, and she LOVES the company.
