Same can be said about footballer. How to measure a footballer who plays at a good club? Is he good enough cause of his skill or cause of the rest of the player?
Verstappen at risk of leaving Red Bull because car not superior anymore kind of exposes the sport. How to measure quality of driver if balance is heavily based on tools? Drive to win at Suzuka described as best of career. Would be far more interesting to watch continue to compete with handicap.

I see that NBA has eFG% which counts all shots as 2s, so as a 3 pointers is 1.5 the value of a 2.
For instance if a player shoots 3 twos and 2 threes in 10 attempts. Their eFG% is (3 + (1.5 x 2)) / 10 = 60%
Same way we should have a eB% for Cricket.
