According to the order, #SCOTUS’s administrative stay will end 48 hours after the First Circuit issues its ruling, “which the First Circuit is expected to issue with dispatch.”

Earlier today, the First Circuit declined to issue a stay of the order pending appeal, and earlier today the Department of Agriculture said it is working toward paying out November SNAP benefits, so not sure what DOJ's goal is.
