It's sooo simple to make, effort a 2, result a 9, almost a guilty pleasure without needing to have any guilt at all 😍

That's a quite a recipe 🥇 Chicken broth to reduce respiratory inflammation, ginger & garlic for immune system, lemongrass aiding that + additional antimicrobial functions, + chili to clear airways. Maybe throw in some turmeric & black pepper, but to be honest, looks good to go! Get better soon.

Juicy 🤩 you can also use the bones to make a delicious duck broth out of it. Takes a bit of time, but worth it!
