The thing that will bite The Orange One on the ass is that the SCOTUS judges that he appointed are 'originalists'. There is nothing more clear than the words of the 14th amendment. He won't be able to deport citizens. End. Of. Story.

The Constitution is most specific about how many terms one can serve. “No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice.” Considering he thinks he won twice already, he's on #3 hahaha. 14th Amendment is clear too, and they are prone to be literal to the extreme.
