"SC BBQ Hash" (this was their valiant attempt at my unusual request, but I understand how they got there [hashed potatoes with bbq]) (I grew up with SC BBQ hash)
Biscuits (southern)

Coca-Cola Glazed Shor Ribs (Coke/ATL) with Mini Twice Baked Potatoes (maybe the best thing we ate?!? I could eat a whole tray of these)
Lemon Pepper Broccolini (Broccoli is fiancé's fav vegetable, with ATL twist)
Lemon Pepper Wings and Waffle Fries. A wooden platter with a pile of 6 lemon pepper flavored chicken wings (mixture of flats and drums) with micro greens on top) and a pile of waffle fries Coca-Cola Braised Short Ribs with Mini Twiced baked Potatoes. Seasonal Salad with Peach Vinaigrette (Southern/Georgia)
Hush Puppies (fiancé LOVES hush puppies)
Fried Chicken and Gravy. About 5 pieces of crispy fried chicken (tenders) piled together on a wooden serving Platter and topped with a thin black pepper gravy/sauce. Seasonal Salad with Peach Vinaigrette. Spring mix greens topped with fresh Strawberries and goat cheese dressed in a peach vinaigrette salad dressing in a small white bowl on a wooden serving platter. Hush Puppies. 6 hush puppies (small fried balls of cornmeal batter) in a small white bowl on a wooden serving platter. A wooden serving platter on a marble surface with a bowl of hush puppies, a bowl of seasonal salad, a pile of fried chicken tenders with gravy on top, and a side dish of butter.

Toasted Ravioli (fiancé and family are from STL)
Totchoes. Tater tots in a thin wood serving boat with brisket, pork belly, queso, sour cream, cheddar cheese, jalapeños, red onion, and chives on top. Mini BLTs. Unfortunately, you mostly see bread here, but there's lots of bacon, tomato, micro lettuce, and mayonnase on there, I promise. 2 sandwiches sitting on a white plate. Toasted Ravioli. Breaded and fried cheese ravioli piled on top of eachother and topped with marinara sauce on a white plate.
