Despicable behaviour by Waitrose. Not only they discriminated him because of his disability but potentially criminal for failure to pay the national minimum wage. They exploited him for cheap labour over a four year period. Well done to Asda for taking him on.

I do not think digital IDs will deter illegal workers without addressing unscrupulous employers.
