But, and what's going to happen when his term is over? "Trump added that the plane will 'go directly' to his presidential library after he leaves office."

4/6 Then comes to time, and cost, to fully retrofit it into a vehicle designed to survive. Billions of dollars in equipment, work, and the like to, once again, make this a vehicle that the Air Force will allow to transport POTUS.

All of this includes Trumps' gaudy paint scheme.

3/6 This includes checking all hardware and software to make sure nothing is transmitting valuable flight data to unknown sources.

2/6 Upon receipt of said 747-8 from Qatar, the US taxpayers will be footing millions to have every inch of the the plane inspected for airworthiness (because, to the Air Force, there is no cargo more precious than POTUS), *as well as* any espionage equipment and listening devices.
