I was out east visiting & decided to break up the trip with a 5 day trip via rail to Toronto, Montreal & Quebec City. Perfect weather -3 and booked hotels within walking to most major attractions. Picked up a Cdn flag pin not realizing what was to come. Proud to be a Canadian.

I was lost in thought & let go of Timmy's lead when I looked up & saw he was running towards this big boy further on the trail. He stopped. I held my breath as I saw this white fluffy guy on its hind legs sniffing. He never acknowledged us and left. I call this The day Timmy smelled Satan's ass.

Neighborhood gang in the 60's. We decided we had the talent, knocked on doors and invited the Neighborhood to our concert. It was held in the garage with a blanket for curtain and lawn chairs to sit. It was well attended. The one act 2 girls sang Jesus bids us shine and then did the twist.

What to get dad for Xmas? Best gift ever, GT sled racer.My folks' place was on a hill and when the grandkids came, the driveway became our hill. Xmas day everyone dressed and watched dad try out his sweet ride. The next day he went out and bought an another so we could race of course!

It's hard giving up the ones you love..
It ended up a 7.5 hrs drive to pick these up and loaded up a few extra more. Pulled over last night cause I had enough. So glad I did cause driving thru the mountains can be glorious. My dad made these for all us grown kids 20 some years ago. Sometimes I feel the need to be stupidly sentimental.
