The average age of a first time buyer today is 40, so a 30 year mortgage would be paid off…5 years past retirement.

The difference is the 20 year old won’t be renting for 20 years. They will be building equity sooner on top of increasing value of the home.

Yes.
A mortgage should be between the loaner and borrower.

If they want to do something as stupid as loan money for 50 years that’s their problem. Same if an idiot wants to be in hock for 50 years.

Solar panels come with 25 year warranties these days. And that is they will be 95% efficient at 25. The functional life is 45-50 years to 70% efficient.
That’s longer than many modern built houses.
Keep in mind panels are 99% aluminum, glass, silicon, and copper. All highly recyclable.

The most snow we have ever gotten in Texas is 6 inches.
I’m sure some place like Alaska or North Dakota have to worry about heavy snow loads, but most normal states don’t.

UPS is laying off non-union positions in management that are redundant.
Most are being offered early retirement.
Amazon is laying off midlevel management and hiring 35,000 warehouse workers
Intel is laying off management and HR positions and hiring 13,000 developers

Where is the US military in Canada besides the joint training area in North Dakota and Manitoba? (It is one of the few places in the world with enough room to test and train mine lane clearing charges safely.)
I’m not aware of any other U.S. military base there. (But there are over 700 in the world)

Kick the U.S. out of NATO for a start.
Seize the military bases NATO paid for.
Take away the power of the US to boss the EU around.

They are targeting cities that declared themselves to be sanctuary for illegal migrants.
Not because they have democratic mayors.
Many cities are deep blue but revoked the sanctuary status and have been left alone.
Louisville for example did and INS sent half its force to other places and don’t raid

Tax the owners on the income they get from the companies
Tax the dividends
Tax the gains from sales of company ownership
Don’t tax the companies they just pass the tax on. Just like tariffs (a tax on import companies)
So property taxes, sales tax, vat, fees and licenses all get included in the price

It is the argument being used to justify the felons action. If it was legal for Obama to order the killing of US citizens and their kids, it is legal to order the killing of “drug runners” from another nation.

How is enforcing immigration law unconstitutional? When did the Supreme Court say it was?
November 15, 2025 at 10:27 PM
Like they won’t pass the cost on to customers.
Companies don’t pay taxes, they include them into the price.

Very few buildings have cars parked on them. That’s parking lots in most places.
If the plan was to put a car in the roof it would hold panels.
The average big building has limited weight limits. HVAC has to be carefully placed.

If the company does not turn a profit it goes out of business and no one gains.
If they could save more money on utility bills than the cost they would.
The cost of retro fit roofs is far more than any return and it won’t improve anyone’s life
November 15, 2025 at 9:52 PM
The problem is Obama targeted US citizens and their children and killed them overseas and the determination was it was with in the rights of the president.
So now the felon is using that as why it’s legal.
There is nothing illegal about providing security to law enforcement serving warrants.

When they are given illegal orders they don’t have to follow them.
The question is why they need immunity if they are following legal orders.
They have no immunity for doing illegal activity.
November 15, 2025 at 1:40 PM
NATO should kick the U.S. out and then they would be free to act.
The US needs to get out of the way and let the people who live there do their thing.

It’s not “banning” a book to not buy or read it or go see movies so unentertaining you would get more out of burning the cash spent on the movie.
People should be allowed to refuse to buy bad books and not be accused of banning books.

He is not giving any money.

Congress is the only ones allowed to give money. Then, at their direction, he can send out the money Congress gives.

The cost of putting solar over parking lots is much higher than just putting solar in an empty field.
Parking lots require larger support beams vs straight ground installation.
It is easier to work on ground setup than elevated parking lot setups.
That is why few lots have solar, the cost.
