All citys exist at the leisure of the Provincial government. The Highway Act applies to all roads, not simply highways. Having every city in a province enact their own 'twist' on driving regulations would create a complete shit show...it needs to be minimum Provincially run.

And when a billionaire backed company comes in and disrupts my industry that I'm working in and I'm kicked out of my job I have no health Care and in places like the UK and Canada if I have no income I still have health care without contribution that's the difference

Not always a fan of these (mainly because I dont like the 50-40-50 type yoyo these cause - just make the road 40 for its complete length AND use ASE) but cancelling these, in the face of OBJECTIVE proof they have had a positive impact is just "insert your personal vulgarity here".
