This isn't wrong but just as a reminder in both terms he was a plague upon America and we'd be in a much better timeline if he never won anything.
Also worth noting that it is common, indisputable knowledge that Reagan was basically a walking zombie during his whole ass second term and he remained a revered elder statesman up to and after death. This is pure Beltway press trying to make fetch happen. Anything for the book tour class.

My biggest fear about this regime is that everything is going to be terrible (and it will), but then we will fail to demand and achieve any systemic changes.
