Maybe they wanted to be sure she had no chance of surviving.
It appeared they removed her from the vehicle and carried her down the street away from the crowds, and then it also looked like EMS vehicles couldn’t get to where they had taken her, so they ultimately brought the stretcher on foot.

- car was blocking ice
- they told them to move
- "something happened'
- ICE shot into the car as it was driving away
- passenger got out of the car covered away and said friend was dead
