Some of my favorite items were a plat book for Ogle County Illinois dated 1912 which looks as if it had hardly been opened, some cook books with hand written recipes circa 1915, bilingual German/ English newspapers from Iowa in the 1920s-30s and ration stamps with hand written recipes from 1942.

Would love to see Cornel’s take on political appropriation of themes in the matrix in a new Philosopher’s commentary for the next edition of the Matrix release. Especially with insights from his presidential run

Not a helpful comment. But while I absolutely hated it at the time I get weirdly nostalgic for the feeling of having your hair freeze as you walk home from swim practice in the middle of winter. It’s like a whole body ice pack after a workout! Less sore the next day for sure
