1- pts recognized soon can recove, also entirely
2- reinfections can bring you doing again
this means a general predisposition against over reaction to viral infection, but also to try to avoid reinfections and maybe to treat them

years after struggle & neglect, with a step by step approach these two amazing girls are out of home travelling from france to UK. not a cure yet but returning to life is amazing, for them & me as their doctor ❤️

when drs say “danilo use of IVIG is off label” they should ask themselves “why I leave patients suffering when there is a treatment with a 50-70% evidence based chance of helping them feeling better ?
