I never got to finish the original Mobile Suit Gundam after watching the OVAs, so I'm getting back to it all the way from the start. I gotta admit, I'm liking Char now more than I did last time.

Even StarCraft had things like this. The viking's transformation sequence being potentially lethal to its pilot unless they're agile enough to handle it is always gonna be hilarious to me.

I love this dystopian mech scifi slop whether it's Armored Warriors turning people into borgs, Cyberbots using kids as batteries, Armored Core's lobotomite pilots, or any and all of the war crimes in Gundam. It's fun when humans create horrors beyond their own comprehension.

Besides, I can't help but think that some of these enemy designs might have also inspired some of the enemies in AC6... on top of them of course being a clear nod to the bonewheel skeletons in Dark Souls... which were inspired by Berserk-EVERYTHING IS DERIVATIVE OH GOD

I forgot that Cyberbots was a spinoff to a beat-em-up called Armored Warriors. Tbh, as much as I like the characters in Cyberbots, I like the gameplay of this one better ('cause I hate input-reading '90s arcade fighting game CPU). Had to scratch that Armored Core itch somehow.

Loving the new career scenario already. On top of the fun addition of team races to the career and the interesting new rival trainer, the ninjinpurin and helicopter memes now all make perfect sense. #umamusume

I would deadass watch a 45-episode anime based on Cyberbots like it was still the early 90s. Keep the art style. Have it animated by the studio who did 08th MS Team or any of the old Gundam OVAs. Guilty Gear composer for the OP, old school city pop for the ED.

In the absence of the SF x McD collab in my country, I made my own Dhalsim Yoga Flame-grilled beef and onion curry cheeseburger with spicy mayo. Ngl, it actually turned out pretty well. I thought I went way too heavy on the spices, but it was alright. Would make again.

We're here, boys. After a decent first run with Doto, I finally got a full team of A-ranks and the highest team score I've gotten yet. Whether this means staying in Class 6 will be easier, we'll find out. But for a F2P, this has been great fun. #umamusume

It's rare enough to get a double KO even in arcade but the fact that this was from both Jins' jumping heavy made it even funnier in the moment because we just fkn headbutted each other to death. #mvc

I feel bad for some of the Japanese folks being very concerned that the LDP going hard on its anti-foreigner BS might eventually lead to war. But think about it. If Takaichi plunges Japan into war, the idea that Hezuma was partly responsible for that would be EXTREMELY funny.

Tried a no-skill run and it worked out beautifully. Most races I've done in a career so far, as well. She knows what she did. Look at that smug face. No comeback mechanics. No meter. No specials. Just pure fundamentals. She simply runs better. #umamusume

I dunno a lotta the lore of Street Fighter, even the Alpha series that I played a lot of, but I was always under the impression that Adon was kind of a scumbag. It's the shit-eating grin and the fact that he can just kick you from full screen. But maybe I was wrong.

Alpha 2 might be my favorite Street Fighter, but my favorite stage is still the orange-tinted afternoon not-Lawson from Alpha 1.

I spec her for Mile races.
She gets 16th in the Mile Championship.
But she gets top 5 in Kikuka Sho and wins the optional Arima Kinen no problem.

Two more A-ranks ever since my first one with Taiki. Love to see it. I'm particularly happy about the undefeated Teio run because outside of winning Arima Kinen with Haru Urara, making all three of Teio's dreams from Season 2 come true was a major side quest for me. #umamusume
