It's wild that the original Zeta Gundam isn't available to watch to help new folks prep for the new Hathaway film. I finally get why folks aren't fond of the New Translation trilogy. It removes a lot and what it adds is jarring when it jumps between old and new animations.

Decided that I'm gonna sideline every other kit and figure in my wishlist in favor of hunting down all the HGUCs from 08th MS. I'd get MGs too if I had space (and money). Love it way too much. Why there aren't RGs of the suits or figures for Karen and Kiki, I'll never understand.

Finally got try the brass rod thing. Dude, these hand drills are goated. Had to go for a rather wild pose to keep this old Zaku from having its leg fall or slide off while the cement dries... Look away if you're under 18...
