Just a bunny taking a chance with a new carrot. I like video games, vocal synthesizers, and IT. Making a Diablo II LoD mod for the hell of it.

Hatsune Miku says trans rights.
My long-distance girlfriend visited for the first time last week and just left this morning. I did not expect to burst into tears as she left...
I really wish she didn't have to go.

It feels like time is simultaneously going super fast but also going super slowly.

I must scream but I live in an apartment with thin walls and don't want to disrupt my screaming neighbors.

If you need to watch a YouTube video that is uploaded by someone you don't want to support and you're on a PC, use yt-dlp to download it and watch it in a video player like VLC
They won't get any views or watch time from it. If you're going to do it often use a VPN so you don't get blocked by Google

You stupid bastards. The whole reason it wasn't catastrophic was because of all that money and work pit into it.
And we're going to have to do it again for 2038. Yet you're making a mockery of it. Fuck off.

People feared the computer glitch would mean "the end of the world as we know it." Thankfully, Y2K didn't live up to the hype after years and billions of dollars were spent on painstaking preparation.
Y2K seems like a joke now, but in 1999 people were really freaking out

Democrats falling all over themselves to give up every ounce of their own credibility.

You fucking ran on the idea that this guy is a danger to the nation! Doing this afterwards is an admission that you didn’t believe what you said and kills any chance you had to resist in the future!

Just got flashbanged by a pedophile posting their "MAP pride" flag on here.
Normalization of pedophilia and csa are explicitly against TOS, so be sure to report that shit if you come across it. It specifically says pedophilia, so they can't try to weasel out of it by saying they don't support csa.

If any of you are going to buy anything that uses a microchip, now is the time. Tariffs are gonna hit hard.
Glad I upgraded my computer when I did and built a machine that's good enough for 5+ years.

The only support forums that I've found to be completely useless are the Apple forums. The partners on the Microsoft support forums are idiots. *Everyone* on the Apple support forums are idiots. I've only gotten 1 solution on there. The rest is off-topic because they don't understand the question.

I hate when people refuse to teach someone how to do something when they ask and instead insist on doing it for that person.
Ran into that in a thread for a game. Ended up figuring it out myself and posting how to do it and how I figured it out for future people to use.
It wasn't even hard to do ffs

To respond to a couple of thematically similar inquiries:

- yes, I’m aware that it’s more likely the connector than the copper cable itself
- no, that is not a meaningful distinction for most users
- yes, I know how to crimp a new connector on
- no, I will absolutely not be doing that. FFS.

I would really like MS Excel if it wasn't for its insistence on fucking up my cells' values, such as removing negative numbers and values equal to 0. And of course the only way to stop it is to fuck up the cells' values in invisible ways.

Woke up late in the morning completely dehydrated, my head was killing me, and both a pillow and a plushie was on the floor. I didn't drink any alcohol.
What the Hell happened lmao

It's really funny how many things in Diablo 2 that used to be in the game are missing in later versions. Like the purple-red color palettes for unique, champion, and superunique monsters are unavailable because they changed how monster color palette transformations are indexed in the expansion.

I’m preparing my steamdeck for a long flight, and surprised how many games lose core features or flat out won’t start when in airplane mode.

I know this is old news, but it still sucks!!

I sat at the main menu of Borderlands 1 for too long and it played the opening cutscene. I'm now legally obligated to finish it.

Gotta love Nvidia's naming scheme. We got the RTX 4070, the RTX 4070 ti, the RTX 4070 Super, and finally, the RTX 4070 ti Super. Don't forget the founders edition versions of them either!
Have to learn a whole-ass new language to pick a graphics card now.
