This part was especially fucking nauseating: the singling out of trans men and no mention of cishet women who are far, far more likely to harm us.

I agree! Liberation is intertwined; someone willing to abandon one group to fascism but claims to support another won't actually support the other, they're just further down their "First they came for" list.

Generational differences between millennials & zoomers? GIRLS did not feel like it perfectly captured my social circles the way that I LOVE LA has. GIRLS gave me secondhand-embarrassment, but ILL is like a painful flashback to my early 20s.

I was acting as a union member and concerned employee when I questioned Stan Duncan, well within my legal rights.

I don't love pointing to my identity, but the company saying that I was behaving "aggressively" when I was calmly asking questions feels like a clear transphobic dog whistle.
