I've started more peppers and eggplants than I can fit in my garden so that I am able to share with my community. It's how I contribute. I'm good at growing things reasonably cheaply and I have a solid seed library to share too 🌱

Yes, there is snow on the ground. That hasn't prevented me from gardening 😆 These peppers and eggplants will be ready to go outside in the spring 🌱

We said goodbye to our little pal Junie today. She was an amazing rat who loved to play and cuddle, we loved her so much 😔

Rats deserve longer lifespans -- they're affectionate and intelligent creatures with so much personality.

We're going to miss you Junie 💔

Got myself a $20 mp3 player because I prefer that to streaming. I can store mp3s on multiple devices and don't have to worry about connectivity. I also don't need to worry about whether or not the artist is on the streaming service, I can just buy their mp3s from sites like bandcamp.

Also, no ads.

We found this tiny little baby outside yesterday and decided to bring her home today, I guess the universe decided we needed a special Christmas gift ❤️ Welcome home, Finnick.

Just some homeschool fun -- we dissected owl pellets this afternoon. My oldest found two skulls.

I have been kind of hyper fixated on The Stand over the last few days. I think Stephen King is my comfort author, which may say more about me than you really need to know but here we are pals, learning and growing together.
