I spend too much (read: just enough) time thinking about muscles. As a meditative, personal practice. And as a connoisseur of excess — obscene realistic muscle growth, to be had.
I’ll likely share some of my art on here concurrently. I’m currently learning lino printmaking. These are the first two prints I’ve made. Both are around 3x2”

Unrelated to muscle, but this is a hand drawn table I recently finished. I started this around summer of 2023 and only just took to finishing the details on the legs, sealing it in polycrylic too to make sure it’s useable.

I’m likely gonna try and sell it, since Im trying to downsize for a move.

From today’s chest lift. Back to good ole weighted chest dips. Up to nearly 2 plates for 6 reps.

218.5 Rolling in cruise mode now. Off to DC. I wanna be a bit more active on here and share more thoughts around fitness and muscle growth. If you have any suggestions of like minded folks to follow, let me know :)

Sitting at 206 this week. Finally adding more food to climb back up in weight.

As the ankle permits, we’ll be doing more cardio. Outdoor plyometrics maybe? Bounding in a prairie?
