feature request for basketball (sport): each player should be allowed one "Emotion Event" per game. the Emotion Event interrupts the entire game for at most 2 minutes, and will play out like a cutscene that tells a story, ideally one of a heartfelt emotion the player wishes to express. it also acts like a special move and basically allows the player to do whatever they want. score 20 points automatically? sure. random audience member has to come down and act as a hoop for the rest of the game? sure. and the commentators could speculate the whole game about what each player might be bringing to the table with their Emotion Event. idk someone from NBA can let me know what they think about this one. maybe make it official if you guys want to. free idea

The LinkedIn Executive postmortem is such a funny genre of post because it seems so callous. Every leadership bungle is framed as “well we tried” but you burnt money on doomed nonsense and now thousands of people are out of work through no fault of their own.

I legitimately didn't know they were competing with Steam and it's crazy to me that they burnt so much money on what sounds like something with very little (or wildly misguided) market research.
