I agree with this 1000% I am terrible on reaching out but having close friends does help.
Reach out with friends and family you can be comfortable with when you’re feeling down and depressed.
Seriously, it really helps, especially if you can share some time with each other.
Even just being in the same voice chat, the same space or eating at the same time can be helpful.
