I just started working in a university lab where everyone is Chinese (except me). Sure but the info is still useful for diabetics. Usually you just get nutrients like carbs and sugar listed, but understanding more details like glycemic index are nice to know for insulin purposes. Not saying it's a perfect article, but the info can actually be useful 🤷‍♀️

I understand where you're coming from,but it's actually useful info for my husband who has type 1 diabetes and and still likes to enjoy treats now and then but needs to estimate how much insulin to take. There are a LOT of diabetics in this country who aren't just trying to be biohacking buzzkills 🤪

Yep. Same. I was brainwashed into thinking gas stoves were superior, and I always hated the electric coil stoves I had in apartments. Switched to induction for my kids health & safety, and found out I love cooking on it.
