A few of the models bring the band into the city on Saturday. Sometimes models underestimate northern extent in early season lake effect snow events. With that being said, ski country is going to be the hardest hit from this event the next few days.

European model goes insane with lake effect later next week across Buffalo into ski country. Big lake effect signal on all models today and makes sense with the cold air coming over the warm lake waters. Where the bands setup is anyone's guess. This could have impacts on next weeks Bills game.

GFS has a monster storm on thanksgiving next week! Still very early, but the pattern at the end of November/beginning of december is starting to look good for winter weather lovers!
