I’m jealous they changed the road!! We have one exit for a neighbourhood (the city burned a few years ago - we know it’s a fire hazard) and then 3 apartment buildings were built at the entrance without any change to the exit situation 😤 Sadly NIMBYism wasn’t about that. Not even a low income bldg 🤦🏻‍♀️

🫥 sadly, I wish that was true where I am. That’s been a problem before the price of houses effectively doubled in 2020 and we had our first unhoused encampments. Upside is that free tiny home build communities were popular and built. Affordable housing is still a thorn.

I would argue that they’re not undermining democracy; they’re taking advantage of a democratically elected person. I don’t blame any country for using that to their advantage in public. Propagandist botnets, however, undermine democracy.

I've been listening to the Bible in a Year podcast to help give commentary. I first read the Bible on my own and hated it and everyone in it. Commentary helps a /LOT/ and makes the story more hopeful and not "wow that's just... all kinds of wrong"
