Euuughgh my partner and I caught covid. He was symptomatic but we both tested negative, but I had some nausea issues. Went to an urgent care, negative for flu. Went to work on Monday as his symptoms waned and my pr, tested again after work as a precaution. Both positive this time. Euuughhgh

Genuinely think #webfishing may be one of the better digital hang-out spaces to come out in the last decade or so. Like I know it may seem hyperbolic but the vibe it exudes seems to make people want to keep in touch really effectively, like it's VR Chat for folks without VR or something

All that said, I'm also gonna focus on the good things in life for as long as I can. My boyfriend and I are looking forward to plenty of games to play in the coming months, I'm really settling in to a new full time job, and I've got a vested interest in becoming more active locally where possible.

Well like a lot of folks now, Twitter's become pretty unbearable for me. I'm wary of putting down roots on here just because I'm not sure how long Bluesky has before it starts getting unbearable itself, but right now it's the best place I can think of to see all my favorite artists!
