Sign on a gate in Interlaken, Switzerland. Is says 'Achtung' above a pic of a smiling Pokémon (Squirtle?). The contrast between the iron bars of the gate, the fierce warning (which many people will automatically associate with Nazi soldiers in black and white films), and on the other hand the naive, cheerful turtle-thing creates a dissonance which is passingly amusing.

Had a lovely time at Supersonic; here's some pictorial evidence of that. Musical highlights included Lankum, Ondata Rossa, Jessica Moss, Ex-Easter Island Head, un.procedure, and Ragana. Real treat to be at such a friendly and inclusive festival.
