Pollution is mostly gone, apps make everyday life convenient, street scams have disappeared, cities is being re-greened, even toilets are clean. Still good cheap restaurants everywhere and lack of crime. Quality of life in cities is good.

Alongside banks, they remain one of the areas where China has seen no improvement since I first came here (18 years ago now). Still the same insane pressuring of doctors, people walking in when you're being attended to and demanding they be seen. Still no incentives for efficient care.
