The dauphine is a particularly tasty pasta because of the amount of French butter and cheese. Super rich, elegant, fun to make! Highly recommend!

Why not just take it down?
I too am having a grilled cheese for dinner. And I came to a restaurant to have them make it for me before I take it home to eat it in my bed. Glory be to god.
