Hard to evaluate because I got chicken tenders on "hot."
Holy God I can't feel my tounge. I don't remember this being that brutal when I had it in Nashville.
Chicken sandwich on medium was mild, but the tenders on hot were like 6x that. Wish there was in between.

Service is on point, super apoligetic about the time it took but was way ahead of us. Sushi chef Taka took care of us really well and welcomed us back for omakase.
