Just relocated this one, only because I read its bite is toxic and my dog is very curious.

I found one more space and picked up a free cedar bed yesterday that fits perfectly. Yay!

I cried reading your post. I was on my way from Alaska to Maryland when my Mom died 12/20/20. She used to give me cash for Christmas. Now I spend that amount on myself and wrap the gifts up and open presents “from my Mom” each Christmas. I miss her so much. Hugs to you. We were so lucky to have them

Amen to that. And get rid of Electoral College and gerrymandering and the unlimited terms for Supreme Court Justices. And get universal healthcare.

I used to work in lending, using a government loan program. When we were working with improvements to historical buildings there definitely were hoops to jump through and unless the building was uninhabitable, the removal of part of it would never, ever be allowed due to the FEDERAL requirements.
