I don't even understand something like "food stamps", just let people have the money? Even if they spend it on dumb sh#t that's food they spared from THEIR own mouths and it circulates back into the economy anyway... IMHO just a way to humiliate and constantly remind them "of their failure". Sad.

I'm Dutch, so my NHS knowledge is limited. GP's struggle here too, but a good GP is worth GOLD. They're the sentry for every patient, needing good judgment every time, help them on their way. Specialists often seem more "stuck in their ways" and rushed than any GP's!
