Have a Q from outside nephrology .. #PtSafety am discussing tommorow retained surgical sponges and preventing measures with operating rooms staff I found this interesting system! In PL it is not used, but is it in use in any other countries? @stevenshorrock.bsky.social @patientsafetylearning.org

....been on Eliquis (Apixaban) almost a year now, it's INCREDIBLE! No heparin needed.... I combine with baby asprin.. so potent that most patients of 150lbs or less just need 2.5mg....sometimes need to skip on non dialysis days if I notice needle sites slightly bleeding after 8hrs...
