Something I think has allowed AI to proliferate, is we have such a societal lack of understanding about how creative works are MADE. People think films are just writing a script and pointing a camera, that CGI animation is clicking a button, that writing and drawing are easy, in born talents...
Traditional and indie authors are flooding #WritersTok with videos of them editing their manuscripts to refute accusations of generative AI use—and bring readers into their very human process.

tbqh it's not even too late to start masking half-assedly, and i mean this sincerely. you don't have to be 100% perfect about masking for it to help yourself and others.
Last repost, but really ALWAYS: It is not too late to start masking again if you've stopped. It is never too late to start. Wearing a good mask (N95 or something else *with a good seal*) in public (transit, stores, offices, healthcare) lowers transmission, and every infection you prevent is a win.
