All AI images are bad and stupid and fucked but this Australian Christmas poster at a Sydney train station is really something special. My favourite bits are the kangaroo with the face of a koala and the “oops! All Union Jack” version of the flag.

The book is Mungo: The Man Who Laughs and it’s almost certainly out of print but it’s a perfect (skewed, rambling) account of Australian politics in the 60s and 70s. Look at this bit about Harold Holt inviting LBJ to visit! What a time!

Absolute mask off stuff from the pro Israel protestors down at Bondi today. The peaceful Palestinian solidarity event was organised by a local Jewish woman yet apparently it’s a provocative threat to the community but calling people inbred and engaging in open Islamophobia is fine?

OK but what if Albo finally growing a spine and (mildly) sanctioning two Israeli politicians was actually a way of forcing America to cancel AUKUS so he can save face but also free up the money for a bunch of agenda items

This ad is in the real estate section of my local paper in Sydney. Israel is brazenly committing war crimes and has today kidnapped an aid ship and meanwhile they’re advertising luxury apartments to my neighbours. I feel sick and insane and I don’t know how anyone can feel otherwise.
