There are podcasts that I love as much as Screw It, We're Just Gonna Talk About Comics but none that I love more than them. When they started an issue-by-issue series on my favorite superhero comic of all time, I was wracking my brain trying to figure out a way to pitch myself to them as a guest.

About 20 years ago, Excalibur Comics in Portland hosted a silent art auction for Wonder Woman Day to benefit a local women’s shelter. And even though I was broke as a joke at the time, I was lucky enough to win this piece by Bernie.
