You are wise doing that. I’m going to trellis mine more next season. For instance, these cute bastards, the Jack-be-little pumpkins. Loved them since I was a kid, decent for roasting and stuffing, and just look at ‘em! Look like a field pumpkin in miniature but grow on full damn field pumpkin vines.

These handsome guys are sweet dumpling, related to delicata squash. Definitely can trellis. I should have, as it started taking over its neighbors, and though I pruned and pruned, a week later you’d never know. Yellow orange flesh, apparently can eat the skin after roasting (I scrape, but).

I love kabochas and get excited seeing people share their squash and pumpkins. (I am the McSweeny article and I’m not ashamed.) Mine aren’t as artistically laid out, but look at these handsome freaks!

Thank you for giving us a peek on the inside all the same. The fact that joke exists, even free of context, makes Wonkette a little cooler.

Kroger celebrates “Customer Appreciation Week” by charging $0.50/gallon on their store brand milk than at MetroMarket than other Pick’n’Save branded stores! Much appreciation!

I also suspect these molded plastic seats are designed to enforce posture and prevent too much comfort (hostile architecture to discourage sleep rides?). Again, an incredibly great investment! I prefer it to better frequency or bringing UMO in line to make the app reliable. This is better.

I call this the panopticon bus. It has 10 high definition cameras as the disembodied voice warns that broadcast to a screen at front. Screen doesn’t show info for riders, just the veiled threat of surveillance and punishment. Respect is a 2-way street I understand @ridemcts.bsky.social.

The real enshittification continues. Previously, “Kwik Trip near me” and allowing location sharing produced a list of the three nearest and their gas price. Now there’s this shit. AI bubble burst when?
P.S. No prices on the map. Now totally worthless when traveling, destroyed a valuable feature.
