First time running the Brampton to Carlisle 10 mile race. Some serious athletes at the front. Pleased to have finally got a sub 45 mins 10k in the first part of the run.

First half marathon of the year this morning and pleased with the 1h 40m time. Really good event and decent conditions, despite a few miles into a chilly headwind. Great to see so many people out running together.

still one of my favourite albums. I wrote to Julian back in the 80s, when I was 16, thinking it was a fanzine address, and he sent me this photo from the shoot. I was properly thrilled!
