Carlisle Santa Dash done for another year - hopefully some money raised for a good cause.

First time running the Brampton to Carlisle 10 mile race. Some serious athletes at the front. Pleased to have finally got a sub 45 mins 10k in the first part of the run.

Cumbrian Run 2025 done. Another 01:40, so I'm really pleased my aging legs are holding up.

Arrived through the post today. Weird as fish that I'm still excited by new vinyl LPs

First half marathon of the year this morning and pleased with the 1h 40m time. Really good event and decent conditions, despite a few miles into a chilly headwind. Great to see so many people out running together.
