Meet the brewer session tonight with Josh at Exale Brewing in Walthamstow, now onto Skoosh, their regular - and very drinkable - hazy pale.

On a bright but cool Monday morning, Mr Dog and I perambulate along by the river, and back past the locally-listed old sewage pumping station, now offices. It dates from 1883 - they knew how to build stylish public infrastructure in those days!

I really like the look of the outdoor seating they have here now.

I understand that there's a verifi-cat-ion process here. I hope that #proofofdog will suffice instead...
